Say, for instance, you ship a 5 lb. box to ABC company on a regular basis. Simply fill in the form with the package information, delivery address, etc., and give the EZ Ship a name, let's say "ABC5". Then, the next time you have a 5 lb. box to send to ABC company, just click on the EZ Ship named ABC5 and your order form will automatically be filled in with all the appropriate information.
